Refund policy

RETURNS Our return policy lasts 45 days. If more than 45 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. In the event of a proven defect or dissatisfaction within the 45-day guarantee, a refund may be granted without any obligation to return the product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior agreement from our customer service team.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item and letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Refunds are full, including shipping costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing delays may apply).
  3. Then contact your bank.

SALE ITEMS Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are also covered by the 45-day money-back guarantee.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS We replace any defective or damaged item. In the event of a proven defect, a free replacement of the product or the affected part will be carried out. Refunds are not offered in this case. To start the process, please contact us at earpro-australia@hotmail.com with your order number, your contact details, and a photo or video of the defect.

LEGAL WARRANTY In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), EarPro products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the instructions, lack of maintenance or negligence
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear of components
