DELIVERY TIMES

EarPro makes every effort to prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day after your order is confirmed.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 10 business days within Australia, outside of peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

For international orders, the average delivery time is between 7 and 15 business days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons related to the delivery location. EarPro accepts no liability for delays caused by the carrier, including lost parcels or strikes.

To track your order, click on the link sent by email after dispatch and use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If a product is unavailable, EarPro will notify you as soon as possible so that a full refund can be issued, at the latest within 30 days of your order confirmation.

If a foreseeable delay occurs, EarPro will inform you as soon as possible so you can choose to maintain or cancel your order in full or in part.

EarPro cannot be held responsible for any events beyond its control, including force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, that may delay or prevent delivery.

If the delivery timeframe is exceeded by more than 14 days, you may cancel your order by emailing: earpro-australia@hotmail.com

EarPro reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the safe delivery of your products.

Please note: if a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, EarPro reserves the right to charge re-shipping fees. If the parcel is returned to sender a second time, it will no longer be reshipped and the full amount of the order, including any additional shipping costs, will be retained by EarPro.

DELIVERY ZONES Delivery is available within Australia and internationally at the customer's choice.

DELIVERY INSPECTION EarPro guarantees that the product delivered matches the essential characteristics described on the website, for domestic use in line with its intended purpose (ear hygiene).

Our products are not a substitute for medical advice. In case of pain, infection or doubt, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional (ENT specialist).

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, EarPro reserves the right to refuse future orders.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping fees are charged at the rate applicable on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected. The customer acknowledges and accepts this expressly.

Customers are informed of the delivery terms before final confirmation of their order.

EarPro is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties or additional fees that may be applied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any local restrictions, taxes or charges. EarPro will not be liable for any such costs.

For international orders, if the parcel is delivered to the destination country but the customer refuses delivery, or no successful delivery attempt can be made at the address provided, EarPro reserves the right to abandon the parcel and will not be liable for any refund.
